A studio practice, long before it was a framework.
The Be AI-gile framework didn't start with AI. It started in a working studio — the kind where the art meets a deadline, a budget, and a client who needs something real by Friday. That way of working followed into instructional design, project management, change management, and design thinking work across education, government, defense, and healthcare.
One practice ran underneath all of it: sketch many directions, hold genuinely curious conversations, remix and test and adjust, converge on something that hits the mark. Frame the real problem, explore widely, narrow to something testable, try it, see what the trying teaches, and reframe. AI didn't create that practice — it lowers the cost of running it.
What looks simple here is not shallow. Each conviction in the framework rests on a body of theory and research, gathered over a career and tested against real problems.
AI is a mirror. Not a compass.
It can show you more than you could see unaided. It cannot tell you where to go. The more capable the tool becomes, the more human judgment matters — not less. Our work is helping people build that judgment on purpose, not by accident.
