This site is operated by Flying Cloud Solutions, LLC (“Be AI-gile,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through beai-gile.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Account & community profile. If you create an account to join the community, we store your username, email address, and any profile information you choose to add. Posts, replies, and group activity in the community are visible to other members as part of how the community works.
Practice points, badges, and ranks. Community and course activity earns AI-gile Coins, Tenet Points, badges, and ranks tied to your account. This is stored so it can be displayed on your profile and redeemed for discounts — it is not shared outside the site.
Orders & payments. If you purchase the book, Starter Kit, or a future course or event ticket, we (and our payment processor) collect the billing and shipping details needed to fulfill the order. We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves — that is handled by our payment processor.
Contact form. If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email, and message you submit so we can respond.
Cookies. We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep your cart and session working and to keep you signed in. These do not require your consent under most privacy laws, but we disclose them here for transparency. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent first via the cookie notice on this site.
How We Use Information
- To operate your account, community profile, and rewards (points, badges, ranks).
- To process and fulfill orders.
- To respond to messages sent through the contact form.
- To keep the site secure and working correctly.
We do not sell your personal information.

How Long We Keep Data
